Today my topic is a little bit long, it is,the happy days of my dear little young fellows and me spent together in our companySuntrans. We had numerous happy days together, and every day is memorable. Itis so long that if I share every moment with you, this meeting may last three days or even longer. So in order to give us time to work, to eat, to go homeand to sleep, I will only share three most memorable moments we had together.
The first memorable moment for me was thecompany activity held in May by our human resources Department. We played games together and had a great time. That day was my 25th birthday, but that is not the most important reason whyI remember it so well. Firstly, I learned our company’s history, and felt thatit is very difficult to start a business, and thought that everyone in ourcompany is very hard working. 1。Get started by calculating your own carbon footprint。 This will give you a starting point from which to begin monitoring your progress。 You enter details such as what sort of apartment you live in， your personal energy use and travel habits。
2。 Each week， choose one day when you don‘t eat meat。 Meat uses up lots of energy because it takes a long time to produce。 Animals produce methane， which is another dangerous greenhouse gas， when they burp and fart。[由整理]
3。 Only buy the amount of food you need and if there are leftovers， get creative。 For instance， make them into a soup。 Ask to take food home from restaurants if there‘s some left， but remember to take your own container to avoid using a disposable carton。

Good afternoon !Today the topic of my speech is “Discover myself”
I think each people is unique.Everyone is different .I don’t need to envy others，because I think I am the only one in the world.So do u really know yourself?In my parents’eyes,I am a naughty boy. In my friends’ eyes, I am a friendly boy.In my teachers’eyes,I am a boy which progresses.But how do I think of myself?I don’t know.
Everone has merits and shortcomings. we need to discover our disadvantages and get rid of it . However, Lookers-on see most often.So mentors are necessary.In elementary school, I didn’t know the importance of studying.I just know playing all day.One day my english teacher told me (that) she thought I was a intelligent boy.I was shocked by what she said.I didn’t do well in my english subject at that time.I was encouraged by what she said.In other words,what she said made me exicted.Since then,I fell in love with English.I started to read some English novels and listen to music.My english teacher taught me patiently and encouraged me to insist on doing these.I was interested in english.I found it was easy to learn english.It does’t like I thought it would be difficult.Maybe I had talent in learning english.However,if I don’t listen to my english teacher.Maybe I would get lost.
Everybody should have confidence in discovering yourselves,although it is a difficult journey.When there is a will,there is a way.
