To ensure products quality, the clear responsibility of buyer and seller, and the product safety, we make the following promise:
First, by principle the products are manufactured by the customer’s technical spec. The national standard is followed if customer doesn’t clearly mention it. After the customer commits the product sample, we formally offer products, ensure the steady and gradually increasing quality.
Second, the supplier provides the copy of business license with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Third, the supplier provides the copy of the technical spec of the products with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Fourth, the supplier ensures that the products comply with the official quality standard and is responsible for product quality, if necessary provide the necessary quality information, such as the inspection report and other relevant information.
Fifth, the supplier ensures that the packaging and registered trademark of the products match the relevant state regulation.
Sixth, the storage and safekeeping condition is indicated on the product package, to ensure the product quality the buyer has to strictly follow it, or is responsible for the caused quality problem.
Seventh, consumer complains due to the product quality problems, the supplier should actively cooperate to properly resolve it. If it is indeed the responsibility of supplier, the supplier shall bear full responsibility and expense.
Eighth, the treatment of the quality dispute:
The buyer should strictly observe the technical standards shipped with the supplier products for inspection, ensure fair and science testing. The remaining samples fail to pass the examination should be kept for one week.
If it is indeed the quality problem of the supplier products, our company bears the loss caused by the using of the products.
In case of the indeed quality problem of the supplier products, the buyer and seller negotiate to deal with the unused products.
Ninth, the product guarantee since both sides sign a supply contract and delivery occurs, terminates at the same time as the business ends.

产品保证书 篇3为了进一步加强和规范我校食品卫生安全工作，确保学生的身体健康和生命安全 ，针对当前小卖部存在的问题，根据上级有关文件精神，严禁学校小卖部销售“三无”食品，尤其像肋条等这样的三无食品。
一、学校小卖部销售的商品在食品采购过程中必须向供货单位索取生产许可证(食品流通许可证)、质量检验报告和正规票据(批发单位的“一票通”)，食品、饮料应符合食品安全标准。要建立进货台帐，如实记录食品的名称、规格、数量、生产批号、保质期、供货者(购货者)名称及联系方式和进货(销售)日期等内容，或者保留载有相关信息的进货(销售)票据。记录台帐、票据的保存期限不得少于一年。定期向学校报告食品安全情况，接受学校监督，质量有保证，责任可追究。
二、学校小卖部经营的食品必须分类、分架、隔墙、离地存放，定期检查，及时处理变质或过期的食品，并做好待销食品检查记录，销毁记录，对销毁的食品予以拍照留存。不得销售《食品安全法》、《安徽省实施(食品安全法)办法》规定严禁销售的食品，特别是要关注不得销售以下食品：
1.超保质期的食品和饮料。
2.无生产日期、无厂名厂址、无保质期的“三无食品”。
3.无“QS”标识的各类食品。
4.无证无照食品加工场生产的散装食品。
三、为确保各中小学师生的人身健康和生命安全，学校或工商部门发现有经营腐烂变质、过期食品，三无产品，假冒伪劣商品，以及其他涉及食品安全的依法予以处罚;情节严重的，依法移交司法机关追究刑事责任。

做好食品安全监管工作是我们学校和家长们义不容辞的责任，是时代赋予的神圣职责。食品安全监管工作的其中一个组成部分，就是校园周边的以学生为消费主体的食品消费安全。在我校校园周边食品安全存在三个重要隐患：一是校园周边的流动食品摊贩;二是校园周边固定铺面销售的不合格商品，包括食品、玩具、文具、刮刮彩等;三是学生或家长驻留买东西，造成交通拥堵，存在极大的安全隐患。 为保障广大学生食品消费安全，防范食品安全事件的发生，今年全省食品安全整治百日行动特别对学校周边流动摊贩经营过期、变质、“三无”等伪劣食品等违法行为进行严厉打击，成效是显著的。“三无食品”一般是指无生产日期、无质量合格证(或生产许可证)以及无生产厂名的食品。食用了这一类食品，吃过后轻则腹痛，重则呕吐、腹泻、以至食物中毒。这是多么可怕!但在校园周边，一些针对中小学生为主要销售对象的流动摊贩仍屡禁不止，所售食品达不到基本卫生要求，给广大学生的身体健康带来了极大隐患，成为老师和家长们的一块心病。 根据上级的要求，针对我校周边存在的流动食品、餐饮摊贩突出问题，将集中力量开展整治，打击违法经营行为，为青少年的健康成长营造良好的食品安全环境。但流动商贩的游击战，使工商部门和城管执法部门陷入了“执法部门一来流动摊贩就跑，一走又回来”的尴尬境地。长期的校园周边环境整治工作的经验教训告诉我们，仅仅凭借行政职能部门的力量是不够的，还需要社会力量的支持，特别是学校、家长们的大力支持，以及学生们的自觉遵守。 为此，我校向广大家长们和同学们提出如下倡议：
(l)大家从我做起，不购买不健康食品、不合格食品。
(2)一起学习食品安全如识，加强宣传，教育引导学生拒绝购买流动摊贩的食品，到合法经营的固定铺面购买食品。
(3)加强监督，发现流动摊贩及时向学校或者工商、城管举报。相互监督，对购买流动摊贩食品的学生批评教育并通报家长。
(4)家长们以身作则，言传身教，做一名不购买路边摊不卫生食品的模范家长，为孩子树立一个好榜样。
为了学生的食品安全，为了学生的茁壮成长，为了让老师、家长们少操一份心，为了避免食物中毒等事件发生在我们的学生、我们的孩子身上，请让我们齐心协力，齐抓共管，共同维护学校周边健康、安全的食品消费环境。
产品保证书 篇5“三无产品”一般是指无生产日期、无质量合格证以及无生产厂家、来路不明的产品。《中华人民共和国产品质量法》规定必须有中文厂名、中文厂址、电话、许可证号、产品标志、生产日期、中文产品说明书、如有必要时还需要有限定性或提示性说明等等，凡是缺少的均视为不合格产品。上述要求缺少其中之一，均可视为“三无产品”。
而民以食为天， “三无”食品在食品质量和卫生方面都存在严重的安全隐患，吃“三无”食品轻则引发肠炎等疾病，不利于身体生长发育，重则引发集体中毒乃至死亡案件。例如：
1. 不合格的膨化食品、腌制和油炸食品卫生指标中的菌落数、大肠菌群、过氧化值指标超标，还能产生亚硝胺、铅等致癌物质，食用会导致胃肠不适、腹泻并损害肝脏。
2. 果冻、糖精、饮料、巧克力、方便面、罐头和泡泡糖等儿童不宜多吃，在这类小食品中大多加入了防腐剂、色素、甜味剂等添加剂，食用过量会对中枢神经系统造成危害。
3. 不合格果脯、蜜饯中甜蜜素超标，不合格烤鱼片、牛肉干等食品中大肠菌群和菌落总数超标。
4. 防腐剂含有大量亚硝酸银，过量摄入亚硝酸银会导致肝脏受损，严重的导致肝功能衰竭。肾脏过滤血液中的废物，摄入过量有害物会严重损害肾功能。有些食品添加剂含有生长激素，少量摄入会导致儿童发育不正常，出现“肢端肥大症”、“肥胖症”、“巨人症”等;过量摄入会抑制儿童生长，使儿童停止发育出现“侏儒症”。所以说“三无食品”危害极大，尤其是对学生。
为了珍惜生命、关爱健康，必须从我做起、从现在做起，积极拒绝抵制“三无”食品。作为。。学校的一名学生，我们保证如下：
1、养成少买零食、少吃零食的好习惯。
2、尽量到熟悉、可靠的商店定点购买食品，远离流动摊点。
3、购买食品时，要选择信誉好、质量稳定的知名品牌;要注意查看产品包装上的厂名、厂址、食品生产日期和保质期，拒绝购买“三无”产品;要检查食品和合格证明、所含的营养成分、色泽新鲜程度;要注意质价相符，对超低价格的小食品不要购买，要注重检查该食品的商标标志。
